I'm nuts about T-Shirts
So here's the deal folks, I love living in Orange County California! However I liked it a lot more when I didn't have to deal with all these transplants from cold weather states whom haven't totally grasped the fact that we live differently here than where they are from. Traffic is worse and everyone has an attitude, a bad attitude.
There are those shirts that normally you wouldn't wear, however there are also those shirts that you must wear. This is a shirt inspired by the classic RUN DMC logo that you typically find everywhere on the web and in stores. It's one of those iconic symbols that still has meaning way past the 80s.
With the recent news of Bin Ladens death, I started to wonder if this means that the war will be coming to an end. It's sad to realize I can't remember the last time we weren't at war. Although I won't argue whether or not War is necessary, I will say that times of Peace are much more enjoyable.
I wanted to make a "Go Green" style of shirt, and while I was working on it, I had no idea this design would appear.
The original design was to incorporate a bicycle, but once I got the infinity sign on the artboard, I knew that I'd be making some sort of happy face.
It seems like everywhere I turn, I see something referencing Facebook. I thought I would make it easier for people to see whether or not your available to be friends or not.
Just about every label you see in the supermarket today or retails stores, has some remark about animal testing. Sometimes I wonder if they rather us test products on humans, especially those products that we truly need testing on. Anyway, a friend of mine showed me a label and it has this slogan on it, so I had to repeat it.
Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few weeks, you have probably seen the news coverage of the BP oil spill. As a person who loves the ocean and wildlife, I couldn't resist in voicing my objection to BP.
This weekend, I made my annual trek to the KROQ 106.7 Weenie Roast at the Verizon Amphitheater. Tons of great bands and surprises that I didn't expect, but more importantly, tons and tons of great shirts to recreate. One of the shirts that were all around were these ladies shirts expressing their love for Weenie.
A few years ago there was this really controversial shirt that Macy's wouldn't carry any more. Today that shirt is back and can be found at one of our favorite online T-Shirt shops
